It’s Here!!! The Very First Episode of GG’s Java Joint

After many years of dreaming about it, a vision has finally come to fruition. GG’s Java Joint, a fully improvised comedy show, created and produced by Two Door’s own Holly Payberg (Torroija) debuts today.

Legend has it that GG’s is owned by a reluctant brother/sister duo (Gerry & Gerry) who met for the first time when their father passed away and left the Java Joint to them both in his will and they are now stuck navigating this new business together.

But don’t take our word for it, take it from Gerry herself. She started her own blog so that she could share with you all the comings, goings and doings happening at that wacky Coffee Shop/Bar known as GG’s Java Joint so make sure to subscribe Up first employee interviews!

GG’s Java Joint is a fully improvised show (meaning none of these actors have a clue what they are going to say before they say it, therefore it can also be said that they are clueless, but that wouldn’t be nice, so don’t say that.) Enjoy!

GG’s Java Joint Is Now Open For Business

We are happy to report that the very first shoot of what is now lovingly referred to as GG’s Java Joint, a fictitious place where anything that can happens does, was a resounding success in all ways.

The creator of this show Writer/Director/Comedienne Holly Payberg said “We weren’t sure how it would go as this show is an Improv show from start to finish, relying solely on the characters we commit to and the location we are locked to (GG’s) in order to keep it on the rails, but much to our delight it turned out even funnier and more successful than we had even hoped, and if this is a sign of what is to come then expect loads of fun to keep on coming from the Joint.”

A very special and heartfelt thanks goes out to all the amazingly talented Improv performers who gave of their time and their brilliance to be the first to ever populate GG’s. Two Door in Pre-Production on it’s newest Web Series

It’s official. Two Door is in pre-production on it’s newest Web Series The Surf Shack. The series was created by Deborah Hildebrand. Holly Payberg will step in as Producer/Director and Diego Torroija as DP. The concept for the show is still under wraps but details will be coming soon! You can expect it to be a feast for the eyes and soothing for the soul.

Feature Film The Guardians gets Distribution

Two Door is very excited to announce that their feature film The Guardians, which was a joint venture with Ruffhouse Productions, has been picked up for Distribution. More details coming soon. Big shout out to our own Holly Payberg, who wrote and produced the film.

Two Door Launches New Division

In 2012, Two Door proudly leaped into the original web content arena with the launch of its newest division Turtle in a Party Dress.

Two Door Lands Casis & Puma Joint Promotion

Two Door partnered with Havensfoot Productions to land the opportunity to work with Casis, Puma and PGA Golf all in one gig. The three had teamed up to inspire kids to learn math and science through the avenue of sports and Two Door’s own Diego Torroija stepped in as Director/DP to create their promotional materials.
